Field Officers

Due to the large number of horses under adoption contracts we are seeking to appoint a number of “volunteer” field officers to conduct checks on our rescue babies. Depending on your area and how much time you have available will depend on how many horses we will appoint to you.

We currently check on our horses every 3 months, more frequent if we think it is necessary. You will be given training in our organisations “code of conduct” and the Privacy Act and you must conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

If you think you have the time and dedication to become a volunteer field officer please email and I will get back to you within the next 2 weeks. We will be conducting training sessions in 2 weeks. You may only be required a few days each month and is a great way to get involved.

Each person must be experienced with horses.

We are looking for people to cover areas from Northern NSW, Gold Coast, South Brisbane, East Brisbane, West Brisbane including Beaudesert, North Brisbane and as far up as Gin Gin.

Kindest Regards
Amanda Vella
